Our Russian-language courses are designed and structured at different language levels to enable international students to develop all language skills. The courses are modular in format so that students can join a course at any time throughout the year and study for periods that suit their personal  circumstances. We offer a choice of 2 study programmes and of 4 levels of  preparation that vary in intensity to suit particular needs:

Authentic materials

In addition to your text book, teachers use authentic resources taken from newspapers, internet and CDs, which will show you how Russian is used in an everyday context.

Learn by doing

Task-based lessons will encourage healthy interaction between students. You will enjoy this active participation in class, facilitating learning by doing, rather than being just a passive listener. You will experience how Russian is spoken and used in many situations. Lessons will provide you with practice in the use of grammar, vocabulary, idioms and pronunciation through the four skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening.
